Shipping and payment
Effective from 21 July 2026
We ship from Prague, usually within one working day of receiving payment. Collection at our salon on Budečská is always free.

Free delivery applies to orders over CZK 2,500.
Payment
- Card online — through the PayU payment gateway. We process the order as soon as it is paid. Card details are entered directly at the gateway; we never see them.
- Bank transfer — we email you the payment details including a QR code. We ship once the money is credited to our account.
- Cash or card at the salon — only when collecting in person.
Bookings and courses
Salon treatments require a 25% deposit; you pay the rest at the salon. You can also pay the full amount in advance. Where a price is stated “from”, the final amount is agreed at the consultation before the treatment — so only a deposit can be paid.
