Frequently asked questions
How much is the deposit?+
For treatments with a fixed price the deposit is 25% and you pay the rest at the salon. For treatments priced “from” — lash and hair extensions, permanent make-up or maderotherapy — the deposit is a flat CZK 500, because the final price is agreed at the consultation based on the scope of work.
Until when can I cancel?+
Free of charge up to 72 hours before the appointment, using the link in your confirmation email. If it is later than that, please call us and we will find another time.
Do you take bookings at weekends?+
We are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:30. Weekend and evening appointments are arranged individually over the phone.
How can I pay?+
By card online through the PayU gateway, or by bank transfer — we email you a QR payment. The balance at the salon can be paid in cash or by card.
