Description
A double-ended twist-up brow pencil that is easy to apply and gives long-lasting results. The brows are perfectly defined. The flat tip on one side colours and defines with a stroke you can make as fine or as bold as you like. On the other side, an applicator dispenses a powder in the same shade to perfect the look of the brows.
