Description
The EVAGARDEN makeup Precision Eyebrow Pencil has a highly precise micro tip for defining, thickening and drawing the brows in hair by hair. The very fine tip lets you draw brow hairs with great care, for an extremely natural, well-groomed effect. It is smooth and highly pigmented, and it contains high-melt waxes that guarantee easy application and long-lasting results.
The pencil twists up, so it needs no sharpening, and there is a spoolie on the other end for combing the brows through. Available in two shades
How to use:
Comb the brows through with the spoolie on the other end of the pencil, both before and after you draw them in. Work the pencil along the brow arch in small strokes, filling in any gaps. For a more defined brow shape, we recommend using it with EVAGARDEN make up Eyebrow Gel Fixer.
