RefectoCil Gel Activator 15 ml — Intense Browns
The Gel Activator must be used as the final step when tinting brows or lashes with gel tints from the Refectocil Intense Browns range. Before applying the Gel Activator it is important to wipe the gel tint carefully off the skin, as any residue can affect the toning process.
Applying the Gel Activator:
Once the gel tint has been wiped off, apply the gel activator to dry brows. Leave it on for 1 minute and then remove the gel with a damp cotton pad.
