Description
RefectoCil Base 15 ml — Strong, Intense Browns
The Base makes the gel tint last longer. Apply the Base only if you want to tint the skin under the brow as well. Otherwise there is no need to use it.
Applying the Base:
Apply Intense Browns Base under the hairs in the shape you want. Leave it on for 4 minutes, then remove it with a dry cotton bud. Then let the hairs dry for two minutes.
