Description
EVAGARDEN make up Mat powder eyeshadows are velvety to the touch, wear excellently and give a matte, even, velvety finish. A blend of micronised mineral pigments guarantees a fine, ultra-light film that is velvety to the touch, adherent and easy to blend. They are exceptionally long-lasting, with a lifting effect; they do not crease and always look as though they have just been applied. The saturated colour stays perfect all day.
How to use:
Apply with the EVAGARDEN Cat Tongue Brush no. 7 and blend with the EVAGARDEN Oval Brush no. 16.
