Description
The EVAGARDEN make up brow pencil comes in two shades: Light: for blonde to light brown brows. Dark: for light brown to dark brows.
The lead is set in Californian cedar wood, which is invaluable for guaranteeing the quality of a cosmetic pencil. Essential for building up, defining and outlining the brows. The texture guarantees excellent wear. The brows take on a natural, defined look that frames the face elegantly.
How to use:
Before you start, comb the brows through with the Evagarden make up Wand Brush no. 10. Work the pencil along the brow arch in small strokes, filling in any sparse patches. To define the shape better, we recommend using it with EVAGARDEN Eyebrow Gel Fixer.
