EYE PRIMER EVA GARDEN

How to use:

Apply a thin layer to a clean lid, using the EVAGARDEN makeup flat brush no. 8 or simply your fingertip. Then apply your eyeshadow. The eyeshadow immediately looks more intense, richer and more vivid.
