ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

1. Hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid (Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid): the secret to supple, fresh, healthy-looking skin, and a key ingredient for smoothing, hydrating and tackling the signs of ageing. Our hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid has a very low molecular weight, and this property has been shown to let it reach the space between the skin cells in the deeper layers of the epidermis and hydrate from within, filling the empty spaces and so creating a smoothing effect, reducing fine lines, preventing water loss from the tissue and improving the elasticity of the skin. The formula is 100% of natural origin, obtained from sweetcorn seed (NO GMO: not genetically modified) through a bio-fermentation process.
2. Pullulan + Nannochloropsis Oculata extract: working in synergy, they create an instant tensor effect on the skin and deliver a long-term firming and regenerating action, protecting the cells against oxidative stress. Pullulan is a polysaccharide (a complex sugar molecule) produced by fermentation of the fungus Aureobasidium pullulans with by-products of coconut and molasses. It is therefore also a highly sustainable and biodegradable ingredient. The second is an algae extract rich in vitamin C, vitamin B12 and amino acids.
3. Vegetable glycerin (Glycerin): a moisturising agent that protects the skin against dehydration and supports the renewal of epidermal cells. It is an ingredient recommended even for skin affected by eczema, psoriasis, bruising and cuts.

1 Test protocol: 20 volunteers; application: a single application, inner forearm; products tested: a cream (placebo) and a cream with 0.15% hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid; measurement times 1 h, 2 h and 4 h; skin parameters: skin hydration (corneometry) and transepidermal water loss (TEWL). 2 Test protocol: 30 volunteers; application: twice daily to the face; products considered: a cream (placebo) and a cream with 0.1% hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid; measurement times: before, and after 15 and 30 days of application; analysis: cutometry (skin elasticity). 3 Efficacy study of a cream containing 0.1% hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid: a placebo cream was applied to the left side of the face of 30 volunteers and a cream containing 0.1% hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid was applied to the right side; the test period was 30 days and the test products were used twice daily. Test parameters: wrinkle depth was measured with a 3D optical skin measurement device (Primos).
